There are many cosmetic procedures that can diminish and erase the sign of aging, but many of these can have unwanted results and side effects. Luckily, there are home remedies that you can use to help reduce and smooth out those wrinkles and crow's feet. Does this Spark an idea?

  1. Facial Exercises

    • Facial exercises work out and build up the muscles in the face. As we age, these muscles get smaller, making our faces droop and sag. Facial exercises build up facial muscles so that the skin remains tight and supple.

    Facial Massage

    • Massage the face and eye area every day without make-up on. Use a nourishing oil, such as Vitamin E or Jojoba oil, and use small, circular motions.

    Take Your Vitamins

    • Make sure that you are getting the right amount of vitamins. Certain vitamins, such as vitamin C and omega fatty acids, actually fight off free radicals that make skin age.

    Drink Water

    • Drink at least 8, 8-oz. glasses of water every day. If you are dehydrated, you skin will appear sallow and dry, emphasizing wrinkles.

    Get Enough Rest

    • Make sure that you are getting at least 8 hours of restful sleep every night. While staying up late watching television or hanging out with friends is fun, it can also lead to premature aging and wrinkles.
