What Is the Meaning of Green Quartz?

Similarly, human nature has led us to associate meaning with colors. Fusing these two principles, the many colors of quartz each contain their own mystical uses and abilities, including green quartz.

Different cultures associated the color green with a variety of things, but the general notion is its balance between warm reds and cool blues. Feelings of peace and a closeness to nature reverberate through all interpretations. Moods associated with green range from illness to envy. Therefore, green quartz either encourages the positive, for example peace, or wards against the negative, like illness.

Again the idea of universal love is pervasive, along with a sense of nature, in reference to the color green.

Other traditions use green quartz for luck, prosperity, hope and even wealth. The presence of the stone is thought to reaps benefits by itself and is associated with extra luck when placed in a left pocket. Green quartz is also thought to play a role in decision making and leadership by bringing empathy and compassion.

Gem & Mineral Miners claims that psychotherapists have had successes treating physical ailments related to the chakra point with green quartz.
