The 2010 edition is split into three different versions: Ad-Aware Free Anti-Malware, Ad-Aware Plus Internet Security and Ad-Aware Pro Internet Security. The paid-for 2010 editions contain anti-virus software for the first time. All versions search for, quarantine and then eradicate spyware and adware. However, the paid-for editions now feature additional Internet security.

Lavasoft also releases Ad-Aware Business Edition. The Business edition contains multiple licenses to be installed on a number of computers within a corporation. The Business Edition also allows the administrator to centrally control the operation of Ad-Aware and the Ad-Aware Internet security protection.
