Phentermine 30 is a prescription medication that is in the class of medications called anorectics, which are used to treat obesity. Phentermine 30 simply means that the dosage of medication in the pill is 30 mg. It is not clear how this medication or other drugs in this class work. However, it should not be taken too late in the day or it can interfere with your sleep.
