CiCi's Pizza is an American restaurant chain that offers buffet dining. It specializes in American-style pizza. CiCi's provides take out and catering as well as inside dining. It has grown from a single restaurant to several hundred spread across the United States of America. The first CiCi's was opened in Plano, Texas in 1985. Joe Croce created CiCi's with the idea of providing exceptional food, service and cleanliness at a low price.

  1. Concept

    • CiCi's concept is to offer inexpensive gourmet buffets that include fresh salads, numerous types of hot pizza, pasta selections and desserts. This is presented in a 4,200 square foot, 180-seat restaurant. No alcohol is served and payments accepted include cash, check, credit and debit cards. CiCi's also has reasonably priced catering services and take out.

    • CiCi's is located in 29 states and has over 600 restaurants. You can find CiCi's in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. CiCi's also plans to establish restaurants in Arizona, Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada and Wisconsin.

Their "WOWs" aim to provide everyone with extraordinary service, from the restaurants to the corporate headquarters. This concept basically means that someone does something that gets a reaction of "WOW!"

    Community

    • CiCi's is involved in the community. They sponsor neighborhood-building events like church and school fundraisers. CiCi's provides "All-Star" cards (good for a meal and drink) to teachers, caregivers, coaches and community leaders. These cards are given to encourage and reward kids. Free tours are given as pizza-maker field trips for schools.

    Menu

    • CiCi's menu includes an extensive salad bar with numerous fresh vegetables and dressings. CiCi's Classic pizzas include: pepperoni, Italian-style sausage, ham and pineapple, cheese, beef topping and ham. CiCi's Signature pizzas include: BBQ, Buffalo chicken, Mexican style ole, spinach Alfredo, Alfredo, macaroni and cheese, pepperoni jalapeno, classic chicken, zesty veggie, zesty pepperoni, zesty ham and cheddar, deep dish and garlic bread. CiCi's pasta is available with either hearty marinara or creamy Alfredo sauce. CiCi's deserts include chocolate and apple pizzas and cinnamon rolls.
