In many parts of the world, motorcycles are among the least expensive, most widespread forms of motorized transport, and in some Western countries, motorcycles have even inspired close-knit subcultures of biking enthusiasts who ride a range of different motorcycles. There is a wide variety of motorcycles on the road today, including choppers, sport bikes, motocross bikes, mopeds, street bikes, cruisers and touring motorcycles. Within the different types of motorcycles, there lay the same basic components--chassis, frame, suspension, engine, brakes, tires and more--all of which may require maintenance at some time or another.

In this free video series, our expert will show you how to replace, repair and maintain your motorcycle brakes. You will get step-by-step instructions on disassembling your wheel and brake components, cleaning the brake caliper and master cylinder, repairing broken parts, and, finally, reassembling your motorcycle when you are finished. Our expert’s instruction will give you the knowledge to fix and maintain your own motorcycle brakes, as well as enhance your general understanding of motorcycle brakes.
