Hi, I'm Michael Weisner. I'm an animator, illustrator, and graphic designer, and today I'm going to show you how to draw a British soldier from the revolutionary war. Let's get started. Alright guys, to first begin with drawing our revolutionary soldier; the British soldier, I'm sorry. First, rough out how you want him to stand. Okay. Then we are going to rough out his hat real quick. There we go. Now we got him roughed out, we can then start adding a bit more roughing to him. So, I add lines for details for his uniform, like so. Draw out his arm. Then, draw out his boots a bit more. Add a bit of a white trim to his hat, and then darken out his hat. There we go. Now, we got him roughed out a bit more. Then, we can start adding more detail to him as well. First collar we are going to darken out. Bring out his hair. I'm going to darken out this cuff. Darken out this side. There we go. I'm going to bring out his red coat. There you have it, our British soldier during the revolutionary war. And that's how you draw a British soldier from the revolutionary war. Hope you enjoyed, I'll see you next time.
