Hi this is Susan Hilferty, owner of Pole Fitness Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip I want to show you how to do pole dancing leg hook moves. Now what's important about leg hook moves is that there could be an inside hook and an outside hook so there are many different ways to be doing this, an inside turn and an outside turn as well. Let's go over the basic of the hooks. The first time a basic hook could be your basic fireman with your hook in front and you're going to just do the pole trick that way, that's a front hook. An inside hook could be like the butterfly when you are coming around the butterfly and it hooks on the inside of the pole and you come all the way down, you can do that one, and a lot of other ones could be a one-legged fireman for instance. You come in and hook the leg and extend the other leg out, hi everyone, and pull the body up. There are many different variations of leg hook but just remember leg hook can be an outside leg turn or an inside leg turn and when doing this you are getting a great cardio workout.
