Hi this is Susan Hilferty, owner of Pole Fitness Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip, we're going to show you how to do the one-step twist. Really this could be anything at any dance studio but the way we like to teach it here is you are going to put your right arm up, you are going to step around the pole, turn around and twist. Okay let's try it again, the one-step twist, one step, turn and twist. We sort of use the pole and push off on it so you can get an extra twist. See I like doing it so much I keep repeating it. One more time, okay, right arm up, you are going to step right, turn, arm down, arm in, arm out and that's the one-step twist. The great thing about this particular move is that it actually works the obliques which also is just an overall body conditioning with dancer moves. We get a lot of weight loss, toning and conditioning so just be cognizant of that, that you are going to get a lot of good work out with your obliques. Thank you.
