Hi this is Susan Hilferty owner of Pole Fitness Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip I'm going to show you how to do the salsa twist. Here at Pole Fitness Miami we actually have a class that's called salsa-licious so we like to incorporate all of the salsa moves but actually utilizing the pole as if it was your partner or just a prop. So what we are going to do when we start out doing the salsa twist is you are going to start out with the basic salsa move but you are going to bring your right arm up, and you are just going to do salsa to the front, again another salsa to the front, one more time and then you are going to twist all the way back. Other side, salsa down, salsa down, salsa down and then twist all the way back. What's great with pole dancing is you can utilize any form of dancing being it the salsa, mambo and of course, my favorite, ballet, and incorporate it with pole dancing moves. It's really just a fun way to incorporate the art of pole dancing and put it all together. Thank you for watching this clip. This has been Susan Hilferty.
