Hi, this is Susan Hilferty, owner of Pole Fitness Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip we're going to show you the basic lean back and slide. What you're going to do first is you're going to put your right hand up above your head, you're going to step your right foot out in front of the pole and you're going to arch the back, lean back. You're going to then take the left leg out and then just slide all the way down to the ground. You can get up however you'd like with any of the other transitions that we actually do in pole dancing or you can just get up by yourself then grab on to the pole and come all the way up. So let's try it one more time. OK, you're going to take your right arm up above the pole, step out with the right leg, arch the back, lean back and then just slide all the way down. Thank you for watching this clip. This has been Susan Hilferty.
