Hi, this is Susan Hilferty; owner of Pole Fitness Miami; located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about pole dancing routines and I'm going to demonstrate a short routine that you can do at home. So why don't we start first by walking around the pole; we're going to do a turn, turn your body around; again turn over. You're going to do a slide back and come up. You're going to change your arms; left arm up, walk around and we're going to do pole trick. You're going to go all the way around into a pole trick and come all the way down. Once you're on the floor, you can then transition doing other things on the floor and then gracefully come up; head down; pull up and you have pole dance routine. The really essentials of a pole dance routine are putting transitions, dance steps and a pole trick altogether to music to make for a much more fun experience.
