Hi this is Susan Hilferty owner of Pole Fitness Miami, located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip we are going to show you some pole dancing moves. Now one that I really enjoy the most is one that I call falling back, and we are going to demonstrate it right now for you. Lets use the left hand up on the pole. It is important to utilize both arms so you do not become lopsided, and make sure that you you are doing this that you always do both sides of the pole with your arms. You are going to take the left arm up and you are going to walk around, you are going to turn into the pole, left leg out, pull it back and you are going to split the pole in half, all the way down. Okay we are going to get up, gracefully one foot in, the other one in, down and just arch it up. So one more time. Lets do it on the other side now right arm up around the pole, turn into the pole right leg up, push back and split the pole in half, all the way down, and you can even come all the way down like that.
