Hi this is Susan Hilferty owner of Pole Fitness Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip we are going to show you Multiple Step Twists. Now when I do Multiple Twists in pole dancing it means certain spins. So let's try and do the first one. I'm going to bring the right arm up above your head. You are going to step one on your right leg. You are going to bring the left leg around and you are just going to bring it all the way around the pole and the other leg comes up. Then you are going to actually do back hand with both hands. You are going to push off on the bottom one and just circle the right leg under your shoulder, walk around, fix the arm and then do it all over again. So again step with the right one, kick out the left, come all the way down, right leg up, back hand turn, under the shoulder and then walk around, switch it. Remember when doing twists and turns to always be conscious of your core muscles and standing very straight like a ballet dancer. So that's a great tip and I hope you enjoyed watching this clip.
