Hi this is Susan Hilferty owner of Pole Fitness Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip I'm going to show you the Butterfly move in pole dancing. Now the Butterfly move with many different pole dancing schools are different because we don't have a universal vocabulary yet like ballet. But with Pole Fitness Miami I'm going to show you the Baby Butterfly that we do at our studio. So I'm going to demonstrate first and then break it down. Okay great. Now when you start doing the Baby Butterfly, right arm above your head, you are going to walk around the pole, you are going to bring the right around, upper thigh touches the pole, left arm comes in. You are going to arch the back and look behind you to see the two feet behind you. Okay. So once again walk around the pole, leg right comes over and arch the back, all the way down to the floor and you are going to gracefully get up bringing one leg in and out. And in and up.
