Hi this is Susan Hilferty owner of Pole Fitness Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip we are going to teach you the Bunny Move. Now there are many different ways to do the Bunny Move. But we like to see it in a more playmate type of setting. So what you would do is starting out doing the feet Bunny Move is you are going to walk over to the pole you are going to open both legs into a second position. And you are going to lean your body front and your butt out or your bunny tail. And you are just going to wiggle it, just wiggle it and really truly the wiggle should come from your ankles on the bottom. Or you can just wiggle your butt. Ok so again the Bunny Move. You are going to be at the pole and you are just going to step out left, right, push forward, bunny tail out and just start moving it. And that's it. Another variation of the Bunny Move is actually just jumping onto the pole like a bunny. So you are just going to lift yourself up and that's our bunny move.
