Hello, I am Rosario Nene Ortega, I'm a dance instructor and performer at The Goddess Store in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip, I'm going to show you some traditional Mexican dancing. What you need is comfortable clothing and a comfortable pair of shoes, so let us begin. It's important that you know that in the Mexican traditional dancing, you have the Flat, when you do your foot like that, and then we're going to have some change of weight. So we're going to start with the right foot, it's going to be one, one, two, three. And then I'm going to do with the other leg, one, one, two, three. So I'm going to break this down slowly. So the first step goes, one, then you're going to repeat again, one, you back with your left, two, change your body weight, three. Now your left leg is free and we're going to start with the left, one, again, one, two, three. So it's one, one, two, three, one, one, two, three. So let's put this together and one, one, two, three, one, one, two, three, one, one, two, three, one, one, two, three. For you, Nene Ortega, thank you for watching.
