"Hello, my name is Jacklyn Laflamme, from jacklynlaflamme.com. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to draw flowers coming out of a vase. So first, we're going to start off and draw a little oval shape for our vase, and we're going to just draw a little oval at the top. Then, we can just rough in some rough circles where our flowers are going to be. And we'll change colors here and just start filling in some leaves for our flowers, and there's all sorts of different flowers we could do. These are going to be kind of like little pink daisies, kind of more, maybe, imaginative flowers. And you can just draw in petals as you see fit; kind of in keeping of where you drew in your little bubble diagrams to get started, and maybe just a few here. Just keep filling in all the leaves, the petals rather, of the flowers, and you can do some little dots for the middle. And you can always come back after and fill in more color, but for now, we're going to take our green and we're going to start drawing in where the stems are going to go. And as this is a glass vase, you're going to see the stems coming in and floating into the water. So, you're just going to draw your green lines down, and you might want to add some leaves in that will show through the glass vase. Then, we're going to grab our blue here and just show, very lightly, some of the lines of the water. And then, we can just color in, a little bit, some blue just to give the idea where the water is. And again, we can come back up here; take some orange, and start working in some of these petals, some of the color into the petals. And you just keep working and playing with the colors, and eventually you will have your beautiful vase of flowers. Thank you very much. This is Jacklyn Laflamme."
