"I'm going to show you how to do the wave. The wave developed from a style of dance called liquid which is a form of hip hop dance. And basically what you want to do is you want to articulate as many muscle groups in your body by keeping them with making them tight but also keeping them loose so you can get the wave feel. So what, how I like to teach it is you are going to break the fingertips, break the elbow, pop the shoulder. Pop the shoulder, pop the elbow, the wrist, fingertips. Alright and then you just want to try and smooth that out. And you can also do the wave with your torso or also called a body roll. Alright you can do it both front and back, alright we are all familiar with the eighties version of the snake. Alright and all this is are waves. Alright. The best way to practice doing the wave is to look at yourself in the mirror. And articulate, make sure what you don't want to do is you don't want to go right from the wrists to the shoulder. Alright, you don't want to, so you just want to make sure that if follows like a natural wave of the ocean. That's how you do the wave."
