"My name is Anthony Maddaloni and I'm going to talk about using a model release. Now a model release is a legal form that you need people that you photograph to sign in order for them, you to use the images of those people, in something that you're going to make money off of. It's a very important legal document. Now it's not really, it is legal, but you don't need a lawyer or anyone around. You just need someone to sign the release and a witness sometimes. That you are going to use their image for yourself potentially to make money off of. You really want to use this as much as you possibly can. I often keep these around in my shooting bag, so I know that I have them. Very important thing is you want to make sure if the person is under the age of eighteen, that they're parents or legal guardian gets to sign it too. That is how you would use a model release in photography."
