"Hi, I'm Steve Anthony, I'm a musician, actor, singer. And in this clip, we're going to talk about how to play guitar in the key of C-sharp. Now C-sharp, when we say, playing in the key of C-sharp, in this case, what we're generally talking about is a series of chords that are based on the C-sharp as the root chord. In this case, there's a C-sharp. And the chords that are involved in this key would be, C-sharp, obviously is the root chord, F-sharp, which is the 4, and A-flat, or G-sharp, which is the 5, back to the C-sharp. Another way to play this particular progression is to use a caper on the 4th fret. Playing an open A-shape, gives you the C-sharp chord in this case, playing a D-shape, gives you the F-sharp, and playing an E-shape, gives you the A-Flat, or G-sharp.
