"Let's make your reverse undulation a little juicer. Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen, and we're here with hip expressions belly dance studio in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Let's take our reverse undulation and make it Egyptian style. What makes it a little more juicy. Gives a little more substance. Really works the belly. So, bend the knees, belly button pulled in, chest lifted, shoulders back and down, arms out, away from the body. We're going to be working with our lower body here. So, it's spring the hips forward, and then back. OK. So it's all lower body and the count starts here. One, with dropping the hips, two, bring it back, drop, tuck under, three, slide forward, four. So, drop, one, back, two, tuck, three, forward four. And speed it up. One, two, three, four. So you'll notice this undulation comes up. This reverse undulation comes up to my chest, but doesn't come up all the way out of the chest. Drop, and tuck. Drop, and tuck. Good. Use those low ab muscles, don't squeeze the butt. Use those muscles. Drop, and tuck. Good. Practice in front of a mirror. Work those abs. Make sure you're not doing a level change here. Make it nice and juicy, and soon you'll be doing an Egyptian style reverse undulation. Excellent."
