"Hi, in this clip we're going to discuss the New Orleans concept of a 10 Bar Blues. Now, 90 percent of all Blues songs have their, are pretty much 12 bars, some are a little longer. But something that's unique to New Orleans is the idea of a 10 bar Blues. It's a, we cut out two measures of music there. Here's an example of a 10 Bar Blues in F. (Demo) I'm in the New Orleans 10 Bar Blues, they cut out the 4 chord, entering the turnaround, right before going to the 1. So instead of hearing (Demo), it just goes right to the (Demo)."
