"Alright, my name is Colin Kilbane, and I'm going to show you how to build a catapult, very easily today. You need a block of scrap wood, about square. You need a plastic spoon, make sure it's not too flimsy. You need a rubber band. And two push pins. That's all you need. And then you need some ammunition. My choice for ammunition? Mini marshmallows. What you do, take, put your push pins there, and just opposite here. Now a catapult is a torsion engine, so we actually need to put our store of energy here. A rubber band. Wrap it around a few times, quite simply. Slip your spoon into the rubber bands, and voila, you've got a catapult. A little ammunition here in the form of mini marshmallows. It's that easy. And this is how you build a catapult."
