Now I'm a label and I'm looking for a producer. Well what can you do? What can you offer? My label's looking for producers depends on I might be looking for somebody who can just come in here and lay down hot tracks 24/7, 365 days a year. Is that you? I might be looking for somebody that can engineer that can come in here and run the sound and make sure that my artist sounds critique, crisp, clean, show all the ability that they can sound. Comes to production I might need somebody that's just a vocal trainer and that can just produce my singers and just bring out the best sound in their voice. When a label is looking for a producer they look for variables and things. So you have to be willing to say exactly what kind of producer you are. Because when labels are looking for producers they know exactly what they want. So you have to know exactly who you are and are you capable of giving that label exactly what it is they're looking for. So when labels are looking for a producer make sure you check into that job description. Make sure you know the details of exactly what it is the label's looking for. Because like I mentioned production comes with many things. Producers has many different titles and jobs that they do and these are things that you want to know before you get yourself involved or committed to one of these things just like I said. So keep this in mind and know what it is you want to do before you go in an try to be a producer for a major label.
