"So, the first try didn't start. We know these records are not the same speed. A DJ who's been doing this a lot, is going to have a good idea of not only whether one is faster than the other, but pretty much how close they are and how far to a degree they're really going to need to move the Pitch Shifter. But, if you're new, you don't know, so just try, just guess. So I'm going to say, let's try it slower. You're going to move it down to minus 1 on the Pitch Shifter. So we have our first record playing, we're going to find our beat. Counting, two, three, four, three, two, three, four, four, two, three, four, one two, three, four, two, two, three, four. I'm going to try it as soon as I get here. Oh, it's even worse. We've ruled out, it is not slower. So next we're going to try faster."

on 9/8/2008 Hey Justin,
AWESOME series. I've been looking for something like this with no judgments, just straight talk on DJing. One suggestion though, could you list them in order of lesson, right now there doesn't seem to be straight through path and I've had to jump around a lot to piece them into one continuous course.
Also is there a series on CDJs?
