"The next thing I am going to show you is the Lower Undulation. It is like the Upper Undulation, but it is done with the lower half. Again, make sure you are in proper position. I am going to show you from the side. So again, this is one of the only times you are going to pop your bum out. What you want to do, is we are going to basically scoop, and scoop, with our lower half. Again, it is like a circular motion, or a scooping. A scoop. A scoop. So, what you want to do is make sure your knees are bent. Pop your butt out. Scoop under. You are going to hit a point there. Pull your abdomen in. Pull your abdomen up. Around and come back to neutral. And, you are going to pop your butt out. Bring it down, by bending your knees just slightly. Bring it around and under. And, bring it up. And, we are going to put it together a little bit smoother. So, what we are going to do is pop the butt out. Pull it around and up. Pop it up. Pop your bum out. Around. Scoop it up. And, put it together a little bit faster. This is your Lower Undulation."
