"The next thing I am going to show you is called the U. It is done again with the hip. It is like you are having a pencil here on your hip, and you are drawing a u, without the tail. Just a u with your hip. Again, you want to stand to the side. Make sure you are in correct posture. Standing leg is your arm that is up. And again, you want to twist your hip forward slightly. Lift the hip. Bring it down, around. Back. Twist back and up. So, you are back here. Bring it down. Twist it in neutral, down and bring it up. Again, this is a lower case u. U. No tail. U. And, down. Around and up. Down, around, and up. This is called the U. Be conscious of your upper body. Down, around, and up. Down, around, and up. Again, the U. We are going to pick up the pace just a little bit on it. So, we are going to lift. Drop around and lift. Drop around and lift. And, lift. This is called the U."
