"Okay, the first move I'm going to show you is a head slide from behind a veil and then moving the veil around your face. You want to make sure you have proper hand placement, again, grabbing it with your thumb, your fingers should not be shown. We're going to hold the veil up just below your eyes, and we're going to do a head slide, side, side, side. Make sure not to come down below your nose and slide, slide, holding the veil very still, slide, slide, slide. Drop it down slightly just to your chin, bring your arms up, and you can bring them up, clasp your hands together, and this is a head slide also, slide, slide, slide, slide, keeping those arms right above your head. Another thing you can do is wrap your arms around your head dropping them down, again, for the head slide. You can also go forward and back. Again, we'll drop out of this, out to the side, head slide from side to side holding the veil up. Drop it just below your chin, up into a point above your head, head slide, and wrap your head with it, drop your arms down, head slide side to side and then forward and back."
