The next move I'm going to teach you is called the hip drop and release. This move is a lot of fun. You're going to make sure you're in good posture. You're going to turn to the side. Your leg gets in the back because your arm is also up. It is your staying leg. You're going to put one foot in front of you. This again is just straight right in front of you. If I was facing you, it would be straight in front of me. So, again, bring the foot out in front of me. What we're going to do is lift the hip and drop, lift and drop. Just like the hip lifts and drops that we did, make sure not to hide this hip with your hand. So, its lift and drop, lift and drop. Now, we're going to add the hip drop and release it. So it's hip up, down, up and then when you drop next time, you're going to kick across you. Back to place, up, down, up, kick across you. That's how you're going to get the drop, up, down, up and kick. That allows the hip to drop. That allows you to do the hip drop and release. So it's up, down, up, kick, up, down, up, kick. Forward facing you, this foot again here is just for balance. So I'm going to lift, drop, lift, kick, lift, drop, lift, kick. And we're going to take this full pace. So its lift and kick, lift and kick, lift and kick, lift and kick.
