"The next thing I'm going to show you is a vertical chest circle. Again, you want to make sure you keep yourself in correct posture. Knees slightly bent, feet approximately shoulder width apart. And again, we're going to draw this out in points. We're going to start with four points, that way it's broken down and you can practice. You want to lift the chest, bring it down slightly over to the side, drop down slightly, be careful not to hunch your shoulders, bring it up over to the side, bring it up. You're doing a full chest lift here. Bring it down over to the side, drop it down center, over to the side, lift, over to the side, drop, side, up. We're going to try smoothing it out. This is your vertical chest circle. You may only just be able to get a tiny one right now, later on you can work into a bigger stretch. So, again, over to the side, lift, side and drop. Lift and drop, lift and drop. Now, for a challenge, try going the opposite way. Your arms to the side, lift, side and drop. Just be conscious of your shoulders. Make sure your shoulders aren't moving too, too much with it. They will move a little bit, but just make sure you're not putting your shoulders into it. Watch your lower body, make sure it's not moving with it also. So again, your vertical chest circle. And swap sides and swap."
