"OK. The next thing I'm showing you is head slides. We're going to do a head slide from side to side and forward and back. Again, before you start this move you always want to make sure you're in your correct posture. Having your tail bone tucked under, knees slightly bent and your chest lifted. What you want to do is you want to bring your head from side to side. This is a side to side head slide. What you want to do is think of; try to bring your ear over to the wall and your ear over to the wall or think if somebody has a string right here pulling. You want to bring it as flat as possible keeping the rest of your body very still. The same applies for forward and back. For forward and back you want to come forward and back, forward, back. It's not always the most pleasant of looking moves, but is a beautiful accent move. Now, to add arms to this, bring your arms up. We're going to clasp it on top. What you want to do is have your ear come to your inner arm to try to generate that slide from side to side. You want to keep it real smooth, real soft, keep your body very still. Then we're going to move forward and back; forward and back; forward and back. If you're going to apply the arms this way you want to make sure your arms do stay straight above your head and not down in front of you. So, again head slide side to side and forward and back."
