"The next traveling move I'm going to show you is called the camel. For the camel, you want to make sure you are in the correct posture. We're going to add the upper undulation with the lower undulation, upper and lower, upper and lower. What you're going to do is we're going to do this up on your toes, you're going to bring, to pick one foot forward, foot's going to stay in the front position. You're going to rock back and forth from one foot to the other foot. So you come up, as you step forward, your chest and leg come up and then, as you walk back on to your left foot, that's when you do the lower undulation. So your forward foot is your upper, your back foot is your lower. So, forward, back, forward, back, forward, back. We're just going to take tiny steps forward every single time we go forward. Make sure that you don't hide your hip with your arm, hold it back. And, in a circle, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left. Now, we're going to change feet. Try it on the left and left first, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left to right. This camel you can use from going side to side, circles, front to back, or just making some distance. It's a beautiful move. That's the camel."
