"The next traveling move I'm going to show you is called the Goddess Walk. With this move you're going to be really graceful, you want to be lifted and you want to dance with intention. We're going to do this completely on our toes. We're going to come up on our toes. What we're going to do, I'm going to walk in place first. We're going to step right, left, right and our left foot is going to come up with a pointed toe right in front of you. Cross the knee slightly over. Again, it's right, left, right, up. So, we're going to have that lift with an intention so when you walk it's a beautiful lift. It's going to be right, left, right, lift, keep your foot pointed. Left, right, left, lift with the right, keep your foot pointed. Once you put your left foot down from coming from that lift, draw up on the left then right, left, lift with the right, keep that foot pointed. So, the Goddess Walk would look like this. Right, left, right, lift, left right, left, lift, right, left, right, lift, left, right, left, lift. Make sure you keep that point and lift. Once, two, three, add arms. Two, three and lift. Two, three, lift. One, two, three and lift. That's your Goddess Walk."
