"We're working on improv games that practice sharing control. And this is one of the best games for working on just that. Because there's a ton of give and take and sharing of control when you're doing this game properly. It's called Speak in One Voice, or Speak in One Voice Interview. How it works is, you're going to get in a, you get three people up, one person to be the interviewer, that would be me, and two people to speak in one voice. And actually you can do two or three of even ten people speaking in one voice. Sometimes I'll get all the girls to speak in one voice and be the female character, and all the boys to speak in one voice and be the male character. For this one though, it's going to be Shannon and I being speak in one voice and then I'll be the interviewer as well. And how it works is, we are going to say the same words at the same time, which is very tricky. So we're trying to find them together. The idea is I don't want to figure out what Shannon's trying to do and then catch up to him. And I don't want to tell Shannon what I'm doing and have him figure out, we want to try and discover it together. If that's tricky, one, one of the ways I think about it is, you should never say a complete word on your own. You can maybe say the starting sound of a word, but the rest is going to be finished between them. So it's, kind of sounds kind of weird and slow and groggy, but it's really fun when you really get it rolling."
