"So a, earlier on in the series we talked a lot about bow control, finding the balancing point in the bow. The bow holds specifically but also when you're performing you want to also make sure that you're keeping that kind of curling position. So what you can actually do is you can take a pencil and pretend as if the pencil is your bow. I like to use these pencils because it has a nice little kind of finger pad that you can use as if it were the frog. So you want to bring your hand up and you want it to rest in a natural position and this is really what you want your bow hold to be. Again, when you're performing that kind of natural position and once you've done that, bringing it up, you can take your bow, do the same thing. Bring it up into that natural position on the bow this is going to be your, your bow hold during your performance, so."
