"Next we will take a look at how you form a bead with the scraper. The first part of this action is to mark both sides of the bead. You can use either a diamond pointed scraping tool or in this case I'll be using a parting tool. Basic diamond shape. Again you go in below and mark both sides. You then take your flat scraper and just start rotating it side to side until you get the desired shape. Remember you need to keep the edge of the tool down below the center line to get a smoother cut and you keep rotating the tool back and forth until you get the size and the shape of the bead you are looking for."
