"Now let's go over our Rib Cage Shimmy. Now this is slightly different from our Shoulder Shimmy, it's a little bit more advanced. But, you want to start with your feet facing straight ahead. Knees slightly bent, belly button pulled in, chest is lifted, shoulders are back and down. Arms will be out to your sides. Now instead of moving with our shoulders, we're going to be tilting our rib cage. So we're initiating the movement from our upper abdominal muscles. So you're going to feel your upper abdominals pulling in and helping you twist your upper body. As you move, keep your hands still. So your hands don't want to be flying around in space. It's if they're on a door frame in front of you, the fingertips lightly touching. And then we're twisting and twisting, forward and back. Forward and back. Don't let the shoulders get involve, that would be a Shoulder Shimmy, which we break down in the different section. This is with the rib cage. Let's try it with the music. Five, six, seven, eight. And one, two, three, four. It's a very subtle move and like I said, it's more advanced. So really think about using that upper abdominal muscles to really pull in. One, two, three. Double time. And one, two, three, four. One, you'll feel the burn, you'll feel the crunch on those abs."
