Let's go over a Vertical Chest Circle. This movement is going to be in the front part of your body and it's going to make a circle in front of you. If you were in a box, the circle will drawn right in front of you in a vertical pattern. So this is going to combine the Rainbow and the Smile, if you want to check out that clip. It is, feet need to be slightly apart, parallel to each other, knees are bent, belly button's pulled in, chest is lifted, arms are going to be out on the side. First we're going to slide our torso out to the side, lifting into a Rainbow, with the chest up and over and then we're going to pull in to the body with the Chest Pull and go the opposite direction. So it's going to go up on the top and then down on the bottom. And you can reverse this of course. You can go the other direction. Clockwise and counterclockwise position.
