"Now what we're going to do is work on from the head, neck and shoulders. This is where you use your clear water down here to the legs. So you're going to wet the whole area except for a tiny little area right on the shoulder of the horses left leg. We're applying cobalt towards the base which darkens it up. Makes it a violet color. Bringing this up so that it makes the shape of the neck correct. Add more color."
