"The Beledi Jump Back is a nice little folkloric move to add into your routine. It's a little bit tricky, so pay attention. It's all in the feet and it's all in the downbeat. When you're doing folkloric music, it's very earthy, it's very grounded and the movements are usually starting on the one into the downbeat. So, lets first start angling our feet slightly to one side and we're going to bend slightly and then we're going to pivot our foot and swing the foot around and bring the feet back together. We're going to pivot up, swing the feet around and bring them back together. I'm going to show you what it looks like for just a moment and then we'll break it down some more. So it's going to down, around, down, around. Now you can leave the ground more if you want to, so it depends on how much you want to, emphasis you want to add into this movement. Okay. So we're just going to keep the arms out right now just so we can concentrate on the feet. So we're going to go, bend, lift around, bend, lift together, bend, lift together, bend, lift together. So as you come together, you're going to bend in preparation so the movement goes right in there. Let's try it. Keep the body nice and lifted. Keep the shoulders relaxed and loosed. It's a very earthy feel so try it a few times and see how it feels to you."
