"Let's prepare ourselves for doing the shimmy. So, before we actually stand up and put our weight on our feet and not sure where all our weight is going with our hips, let's sit down on the floor and put your feet straight out in front of you. Let's put our hands behind us to support our body, and pull your belly button in, and lift your chest, and try to relax those shoulders. So we're going to bend one knee, and then straighten it and bend the other knee. Bend and straighten, alternating your knees. Good. So this is basically what your body is going to be doing while you're doing while you're doing your shimmy. But this way you can keep everything under control, and it's a good place to start. And then we're going to speed it up. One, and two, and three, and four, and five, and six, and seven, and faster. And oney, and a twoie, and threeie, and fourie, and a fivie and a sixie, and a sevenie, and slow. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And double time. Three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And one, two, three, four, five, six, one more time, and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, and two, and three, and four, and five, and six, and seven, and eight, shimmy, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Drill this and you'll get a good shimmy."
