"Let’s learn how to do the bouncing shimmy. This is a vertical shimmy. And remember with shimmies you can always count the music in it. It's not a vibration where you, where you just see movement. You can actually see the feet in the body and the way it's moving. So let’s start by placing one foot slightly in front of us. And the other one a little bit behind. Now make sure that your knees kind of stay soft here and we're going to really use the ankles and the heels. And we're going to keep our belly button pulled in and our chest lifted, and keep those shoulders nice and relaxed. Remember to breathe. And we're going to first start slow. And where it's just an up and down motion. And then we're going to slowly speed it up, right. And just try to make it really nice and light. Yeah. And just let everything go. Keep your body in a nice, hold your posture nice and strong so that all the motion can kind of move around you. Good. Keep breathing. Watch your belly button, where is it? And then you can speed it up a little bit too. Depending on what your music is doing. You can do it a lot faster if you like or you can just keep it here. Nice and light. Try that and if you do it slow, medium, and fast then you'll be able to keep it nice and even and make it look good and clean."
