Tacketatacketatacketatacketatacketa good. Make sure your belly button is pulled in. Keep your chest lifted and slow again. Slow, slow and slow. Medium and faster. Good. Make sure you practice this going slow, medium and fast so that you get the control and endurance to have a real nice clean three quarter shimmy.
