"Let's drill our three quarter shimmy. We're going to take it at a slow speed, then medium and then faster. So let's first start out nice and slow. So we're going to shift our weight right, right, left and left. Right and right, good, let's go a little faster. Right and right, left and left, right and right, left and left. Keep the feet nice and low, I'm lifting my heel a little bit right now so you can see where my weight is shifting too ok. And then faster, tacketatacketack. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six a little faster, tack tack tacktackatack tackatack tackatack good. Now let's speed it up again.
