You're going to take the opposing foot, strike the flat part of the toe tap forward, pull the flat part of the toe tap back, hop, switch feet, and strike the top part of your toe tap on the floor. Now I'm going to show you how to execute a maxi ford. Going to step on one foot, shuffle with the opposing foot, hop, and switch feet, landing with the toe pick. Step on one foot, shuffle with the opposing foot, hop, switch feet, land in a toe pick. Now I'll show you the side view of the maxi ford.
