You're going to start by striking the bottom part of your heel tap on the floor, lifting up your supporting heel, dropping the heel, and then dropping the toe. Scuff, lift the heel, heel, toe. When you do the second heel, you're going to use the whole flat part of the tap. Now I'm going to show you how to execute the triple riff walk. Scuff the bottom part of the tap on the floor, lift your supporting heel, drop the heel, and then drop the toe. Scuff, lift the heel, flat part of the heel tap, drop the toe.
