"Now I'm going to show you how to do a riff walk. You're going to strike the bottom part of the heel tap on the floor and take a step forward, switching feet each time. This is a traveling step. Strike your heel on the floor, and step forward. Now I'm going to show you how to execute a riff walk. Start with one foot back, strike the bottom part of the heel tap on the floor, and simply take a step. Now try it with the other foot. Strike the bottom part of the heel tap on the floor and step forward. You can do it a little bit faster if you need to change formations in your choreography. Make sure to keep all the sounds even when you're going your riff walk. Now I'm going to show you how to do the riff walk a little bit faster. It's a very useful step when you need to change formations quickly."
