Video Transcript

"Learning how to dance. Turn on your TV, watch your favorite music videos and maybe try imitating some of the steps. That is one way. Another way you can go and buy a dance DVD such as Dancing With The Stars by Lisa Rena. I do not know if she has a video but I am pretty sure she might have one out there. And dance in your room. Turn on the radio and move and feel free and maybe think of some moves that you have seen people doing at a party or at a club or on TV or in a movie, and find your favorite dancer and watch them and maybe rewind the TV a few times and see what it is that makes them so good. Why do they stand out to you? Why why are they so great? You know what is it, is it something in their face, is it something in their body in their movement, in their timing? And really see what it is that makes them stand out to you. Now if that specific dancer is a salsa dancer, you might want to go out and get some salsa Latin music. And then after that after really like getting a feel for that music maybe go and take some salsa classes. And maybe find out who that dancer trained with, and if that person is near you or around you or gives classes maybe you can take classes with them and maybe one day you can be like that dancer, that stuck out so much to you."
