"Joel Hickerson, GrinDog.com. And today we're going to draw flame line art. First thing, we'll start with our yellow. And I always like to start the outline in a lighter color than I do the interior. But we'll get nice sweeping curves and points. This up and around. Trying to keep a little bit of uniformity to the symmetry anyway where your top doesn't get too much heavier than your bottom. OK? And you can come back and add a couple little pieces coming off. Alright. And that, now again, it's very simple stuff, so don't, don't try to make it any comp, more complicated than it is. Then come back with your red. And do some flame work on the interior. You can come down. You don't want to make it too thick cause then it gets very heavy. And you can fill in the red elements. And for the sake of speed, we're going to just do a partial fill. OK? And you can come back and you could even fill in the gold if you want to. But you could also come back with your black marker if you want to shadow it. And you give it a little more depth. Start from over here. Which kind of gives it a 3D element without making it too 3D. And that's how you draw flame line art."
