"So, when you're ready to pick up your first lighting kit, your first professional lighting kit, you're going to have to take a look around and decide what's best for you. There are different types of light banks. What I like to use is an Arri lighting kit, tungsten lighting is best I think for video. This is an Arri kit and it has multiple wattage banks. So, basically, this is a 300 watt, I have a 2000 watt and I have a 150 watt. Depending on what you're trying to light, these kits work great. You can also buy a diffuser for each one of these kits so you can make the lighting softer. I like to use the Chimera soft boxes with the diffusers to be able to get a nice soft lighting effect. But, if you're looking for great lighting, I recommend picking up and Arri tungsten lighting kit. So, I hope that helps."
